Conditionally approved for Global Entry
The Global Entry process has become available to Australians this year, making the entire process novel for us down under.
On January 17th, I submitted my background check with AusCheck. On January 22nd, I received an email from the Department of Home Affairs informing me that they are currently processing my background check.
This evening (30th January), I received confirmation that the background check has been completed. This indicates that I am conditionally approved for Global Entry into the United States.

Upon receiving the eligible result from AusCheck, I accessed the TTP dashboard and obtained my conditional approval.
The next step is the interview in the United States, which can be conducted upon arrival or through a scheduled appointment. Given that I will be visiting soon and need to clear customs and border security, I am able to complete the interview without the need to book an appointment, which can be challenging to secure.
